Leaked images have unveiled the color scheme for Manchester United’s home and away kits for the 2024/25 season. Despite the recent start of the current Premier League season, early pictures shared by Footy Headlines showcase the anticipated kits with the Snapdragon logo, the new shirt sponsor.
As the existing sponsorship deal with TeamViewer concludes, Qualcomm Technologies, based in California, secures its Snapdragon brand on the front of United’s shirts starting next season. This deal encompasses the men’s and women’s teams, extending to the training kit for both sides.
The Snapdragon logo, reminiscent of the Vodafone sponsor from the early 2000s, will adorn the home, away, and third shirts for the entire 2024/2025 campaign. Valued at just over £60 million, this new agreement marks a substantial increase compared to the previous TeamViewer package.
Manchester City currently holds the most lucrative shirt deal in the Premier League, with their partnership with Etihad Airways valued at £67.5 million annually. With this new deal, Manchester United secures the second most valuable sponsorship in the division.
Details about the home kit reveal the use of two shades of red, while the away kit is expected to feature a deep navy blue as the primary color, complemented by red accents. The leaked images also suggest that the 2024/25 away kit will share similar colors with United’s 18-19 third kit.
This sponsorship transition follows the conclusion of the TeamViewer era, which began two years ago. Prior to TeamViewer, Manchester United had a £64 million deal with car manufacturer Chevrolet, initiated in 2014 after enjoying years of success under Sir Alex Ferguson’s management.
